Accountable for programme, quality and commercial performance across live contracts. The point of contact our clients deal with from award through to completion, and the person who signs off that the work was done as instructed.
Typically: Fit-out and refurbishment background · SMSTS · commercially literate · comfortable in front of main contractors and managing agents - Site Manager
Day-to-day control on site: sequencing, subcontractor coordination, site records, and the health and safety file. Works to the Contracts Manager.
Typically: SMSTS or SSSTS · First Aid · CSCS · experience running occupied commercial premises - Senior Electrician
Leads electrical packages across fit-out and maintenance work, and supervises subcontracted electrical teams. Testing and certification.
Typically: 18th Edition · 2391 or equivalent · ECS Gold Card · NICEIC or NAPIT registration an advantage - Senior Plumber
Leads mechanical and plumbing packages, commercial systems, and supervises subcontracted teams on installation and reactive works.
Typically: NVQ Level 3 · Gas Safe where applicable · commercial experience · CSCS
