To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations (steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating our business); to deliver agreed services and manage payments (performance of a contract); to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation); and, only where you opt in, to send marketing (consent).

We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp, and we do not store full card details.
Only as needed: the assigned regional manager; service providers such as our website and form host, email provider, and Stripe for payments; professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards apply. [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION] (final provider list).
Enquiry and quotation data: [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION]. Contract and financial records: as required by law. Uploaded photos and videos: [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION], then deleted.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
