Alessandro leads the commercial and business side of QNEXA, overseeing client relationships, financial management, commercial decisions and the overall direction of the company. His role is focused on ensuring the business behind each project works properly — from the initial client relationship and commercial decisions through to the systems and support required to deliver the work.

Sonairton leads the operational side of QNEXA, with responsibility for site activity, project delivery and coordinating the people and trades required to complete the work. Working closely with the delivery teams on the ground, his role is to make sure projects progress properly, practical issues are dealt with and the agreed scope is delivered to the required standard.
